I would just like to know how to communicate a simple “trim”…. Apparently 1/4 inch translates to 3 inches??? I don’t understand. This isn’t the first time either… this is a repeat issue. So frustrating. Very disappointed as my son cried all the way home. His hair got chopped and is understandably very upset. I never take the time to write reviews… but this time I had to.

I don’t know what I was thinking. These people don’t care about making people happy they just wanna get their day over with. I ask for a simple cut and a fade and that is not what I got. My person had a terrible attitude and the other workers weren’t even there to greet people they just sat in the back messing around. I heard good things about sports clips but maybe this location just isn’t the right one. Do not recommend coming here unless you prefer bad haircuts and terrible services.

I took my son today for haircut and the lady who give my son the hair cut was the WORST haircut EVER !!! My son cried all the way home . I feel awful for taking him there . He is a teenager and loved his long hair . He asked the lady to just trim his hair but she chopped his hair and it was so bad . Please DO NOT come to this location for haircut and do not bring your teenagers these folks do not know how to give a decent hair cut . I am extremely disappointed with the service and I shouldn’t even paid :(
